Dialpad Setup

As you may know, A-Z Bus Sales is changing the way we connect, and part of this change is a new phone solution, Dialpad. Dialpad is a modern communication platform that will be replacing your old-fashioned physical desk phone.

Step 1 Here’s what you need to do right now: Log into your Dialpad account & set it up  Open the Dialpad app located on your desktop. Click “Login with another provider.” When prompted for a domain, enter "a-zbus.com" Use your computer login credentials (email address and password) to sign in. When prompted to choose “Always allow dialpad.com to open links of this type in the associated app” (or a similar message), select it. Then Click “Open” Check the box next to “I agree to the Dialpad Terms of Service” Then, click “Accept and continue.” This will assign you a temporary telephone number, which will remain active until the Go-Live.

Step 2: (optional) If you have a company-owned mobile device, such as a cell phone or tablet, or if you receive a stipend for using your personal phone, you can now download the Dialpad app from your mobile device’s app store. Sign in using the same instructions provided in Step 1.

Step 3:   Login to the Dial Pad website at Dialpad Login https://dialpad.com/login Set up your time zone.  Record a custom voicemail greeting.
