Multi-Factor Authentication App Setup






Step 1:

On your mobile device download and install the Microsoft Authenticator App from the App or Play store.
  1.  Do not setup an account until the instructions tell you below

Step 2:
In your web browser:

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://portal.office.com
    Or when you open Outlook, or Teams you will prompted in a similar manner.

Step 3:

log in with your A-Z Bus email address, and PC password






Step 4:

  1. When prompted that "More information is required" click Next






Step 5:

  1. Choose Next



 Step 6: 
 
  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. Add an account and then select "other"

  1. Choose Next




Step 7:

  1. When the QR Code comes up, point the QR reader on your cell phone at the QR code on the web page
  1. The Microsoft Authenticator app should then setup your account.
  1. Choose Next on the webpage



Step 8:

  1. Enter your code provided by your Microsoft Authenticator app


Step 9: 

  1. Choose "Done"
