Step 1: Setting Up Your
Windows Account
- Begin by logging into a Windows PC connected to the
company network.
- Enter your network credentials, including:
a. Your provided username.
b. The password provided.
- When changing your password, keep in mind the
following requirements:

Ensure that your password does not contain
the company name, address, your account name, or any part of your full name.
- Passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters long.
- They should include characters from at least three
of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z).
- English lowercase characters (a through z).
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9).
- Non-alphabetic characters (e.g., !, $, #, %).
Note: Password changes
may take up to 5 minutes, so be patient before proceeding to step 2.
Step 2: Setting Up Your
Office 365 Account
- Visit https://office.com.
- Enter your network credentials, including:
a. Your complete email address.
b. The password you created in step 1.
- Follow
the setup process for two-factor authentication using the online setup
guide.
Step 3: Setting Up Your
NetSuite Account
- Visit https://www.netsuite.com/login.
- Enter your network credentials, including:
a. Your complete email address.
b. The password
provided.
- Set
up two-factor authentication by following the online setup guide.
