Mobile Device Setup Policy
Welcome Employee owner,
As part of our commitment to providing you with the tools necessary for success at A-Z Bus Sales Inc.,
We are issuing you a company cell phone. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the
security and proper use of your mobile device:
Phone Activation: When setting up your phone, please provide your Human Resources representative with your lock code for asset tracking. Ensure you use only the company-issued email address (username@a-zbus.com) for account setups.
App Store Setup: Use only your company-issued email address (username@a-zbus.com) to set up or log in to the App Store on this device. Personal email accounts should not be used.
Lock Code: Do not change the lock code of the device. This is set to ensure the security of both the device and the data it contains.
Email Access: For accessing company emails, please download the Outlook app on your device. This ensures secure and efficient communication.
Two-Factor Authentication: Use the Microsoft Authenticator app for all company accounts requiring two-factor authentication. This adds an additional layer of security to protect sensitive company information.
Asset Checkout Compliance: A link to the Asset Tiger checkout form has been sent to your company email. Please complete this form promptly to officially record the issuance of this device under your care.
Important: This device is intended for business use only. Any personal use should be minimal and
conform to the company's policies regarding mobile device usage.
