Where should I save my files?

Files stored on the Desktop and Documents folders for our company computers are synced to our corporate servers for backup. "Unless you are offsite" in this case please see "Using the VPN" under the "Working Remote" section.

 

  • It is recommended to save your files to the Desktop and Documents folders of your company computer.
  • When traveling you should connect to the VPN as often as possible, is will ensure your computer files stay up to date.
  • You can also use One Drive to save your files for access office site and sharing. Similar to Dropbox.
