To change your voicemail greeting


  1. Press the voicemail button or # and then enter your passcode when prompted followed by #
    1. Your Default password is the last 3 digits of your extension. If you can not access your voicemail please open a support ticket with the IT Department.
  2. Dial 7 for greetings
  3. 1 for personal greetings
  4. 1 for primary greeting 
  5. Follow the prompts to listen, re-record and save your greeting.
