Good Morning, please install the new help desk agent software, below is a link to install the software. Please download and follow the onscreen directions.

This new software will help with computer diagnostic. Task manager, command prompt, and analyzing the status of hardware, printers, services, software, and users associated with each computer.

 

 

 

 

Please be sure to choose “EXE” under “Installer type.”

 

 

Info:

  • Your computer will be registered once the install is complete.
  • This install should take approximately 5 mins to complete.
  • Please call me if you have a problem or if you would like me to remotely install it for you.
